Who Benefits from Mobility Care?
The Active Professional
Do you want an effective and efficient plan to correct dysfunctional movements that are contributing to areas of pain or limiting progress toward your personal goals?
Now is the time to receive a functional mobility assessment so I can help you target and work through pain areas before they reach further progression. I come to you and work around your busy schedule to ensure there’s always time for your mobility health.
The Recently Retired
Are you looking to stay active by doing what you enjoy and slowing down the natural physical decline that comes with aging?
Here, you will receive a functional mobility assessment as well as senior fitness testing so you can track your progress. I help relieve nagging aches and pains by improving mobility, which in turn helps you avoid more invasive treatment in the future.
The Elderly
Are you experiencing chronic pain and finding the traditional approach to treating your conditions daunting?
With this approach, I will provide a fitness plan right in the comfort of your home while catering to your needs so you can maintain the plan long term. You will also receive education on fall prevention and home modification recommendations.
Your Mobility Is My Mission
Move through life better with a personalized plan.
My mission is to help clients continue living joyously by empowering them to take hold of their physical health. I provide comprehensive and personalized evaluations using specific assessment tools that are selected based on each client's individual needs. Plus, my modern approach includes servicing each client in the comfort of their own home.
Age progression is inevitable, but pain doesn’t have to be. Slowing down and approaching life from a more leisurely pace is a beautiful part of aging. It means more time spent with the ones we love while doing all the things that bring us joy.
About Me
In 2010, and as an already certified Athletic Trainer, I graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After furthering my education, I went on to work in an outpatient physical therapy clinic where I treated a variety of patients. These patients included those injured at work or during athletics, patients rehabbing following surgeries, and those with chronic pain.
It was in 2015 that I decided to move back to my hometown of Buffalo, NY, and start a position with a large homecare agency specializing in at-home elderly treatments. Thanks to my incredibly supportive family and experienced background, I am now able to take the next step in my career and toward my passion to provide the best care possible.
Pricing Options
The pricing plan starts with an initial assessment that includes a home visit and functional mobility evaluation. Then, we will map out your improvement plan together, and I will provide you with specific exercises to improve your mobility. Your personalized improvement plan will be followed, modified, and continuously evaluated through follow-up sessions.
Initial Assessments: $150
Follow-Up Sessions: $100/Hour
HSA, HRA, and FSA benefit cards accepted.

Why This Approach to Mobility Care Is Better
Together, my clients and I choose where they are treated and the type of approach we use, without being constrained by insurance company guidelines in the traditional healthcare system.
I’ve built my business with roots in educational foundations and preventative measures while directly working with clients to address their physical therapy needs.
